Quick Update Mystery Bulb + Stain = ?

Hello Dear Reader!
I just have a quick update for you today, unfortunately not a full post.  Things have been a little slow around Kevin’s Crossing in the strange and unusually department.  Even the morbid and macabre department has been uneventful this week.  So in an attempt to keep things moving, I decided to conduct a test.  I took my art deco lamp into the bathroom and shined the mystery light bulb on the stain in bathtub that looks like Elvis Kissing the Pope.
Effect: None.
I would like to do more tests with the mystery bulb in the future, but the cord is too short.  Maybe I should buy an extension cord.

Postscript
I think the mystery bulb will fit in a flashlight!

I’ll keep you updated!

Quick Update - Future

Hello Dear Readers, Part 1 I didn’t think I’d have new information about that contents of the almanac so soon.  But I do!  Most unexpectedly I got an email from Jan March!  Apparently, it is that time of the month!  Hooray for menstrual cycles!  She says that she still isn’t sure about sharing her journals with me but that she had a vision with pressing information.  This vision filled her such a sense of dread and foreboding that she contacted me as soon as she woke up!             Her vision was about the destruction of Kevin’s Crossing!  In it, she saw the town underwater with torrential rain.  Then everything began to shake and the ground split open and more water came out!  In water dark shaped could be seen swimming out of the cracks in the earth.  She didn’t know what they were, but she said she could feel their hostile intent.       ...

Mystery Bulb Experiment - Tomato Plant Update

Hello Dear Readers,     With great excitement, I tell you that I fear that my closet may have been taken over by the former tomato plant, now the purple slimy pod plant, Suzie 2.  I’ve never actually seen it move, but the pods are in different positions every time I check on it.  I’ve been keeping a chair pressed up against the door for safety.  I would consider this experiment a success.  Though it doesn’t really tell me anything about the mystery bulb.  Other than long-term exposure has horrific effects on tomato plants.  Mysteries!     I’m trying to decide if I should kill the plant or release it into the wild.  If it can survive on normal sunlight, it could possibly cause an ecological disaster.  Decisions, decisions.     Also, I’ve been getting delicious cherry tomatoes off of the control plant by the window.  So it's win-win.     I’ll keep you updated!

Sinkhole

Hello Dear Readers, After last night's strange encounter with nonhuman entities from realms I couldn't possibly imagine, I awoke eagerly awaiting payment for my services as the observer.  I checked my whole apartment, which only took a minute as it's a small loft and I have little in the way of possessions and furniture(with the exception of the picture you painted for me when I graduated high school, Suzie).  I decided to check outside, in case it was left there. Instead, I found something very different waiting for me on my doorstep.  The ‘not a real cat’ sat there.  It looked up at me, giving me a cross look. “It's not my fault you got stuck in a car,” I closed the door on it and went back to my morning routine.  Which includes listening to Kimberley Valentine on KMO 9.92.  This morning Kimberley interrupted her regular format with breaking news!  An enormous sinkhole had opened up and swallowed a large part of the street in the expensive Hei...
